Postage
& Packaging Costs ?
Orders
of SFR 120.00 and more are shipped free to all countries.
For large shipments your office or institution address is preferable to your
home address as parcels need to be signed for.
For
orders between SFR 119.00 and SFR 50.00, add 12% to the Sub-total. For orders
of less than SFR 50.00, add SFR 7.00 to the Sub-total.
We
recommend to add a 5% charge for insurance to the ‘Sub-Total.’ In case of
damage, books and original packing must be returned to REP.
Non-insured goods
travel at customer's risk.
Returns
are not accepted without prior permission from REP. No returns will be accepted
for any reason after six months from the date of sale.
How to pay
?
If no
agreement exists with REP, all orders must be prepaid or provided with American
Express, Eurocard/ Master Card or Visa information.
We
recommend credit card payment because there is no charge for the customer.
We
strongly recommend to provide your Credit card
information by Fax or by Post only.
Payments can
also be made direct to our Postal Giro account, No.
20-8310-0 (CH-2000 Neuchâtel) but all charges must be paid for.

possible but expensive and all charges must be paid for.
For payment by Bank cheque,
add SFR 20.00 to the total for charges.
